In some cases, AgriWebb Support may ask you to send diagnostic information from your NoteBook to help diagnose a problem. This procedure requires you to be logged in to the AgriWebb NoteBook and have an internet connection.
iPhone or iPad
- Select Menu along the bottom of the app
- Select Diagnostic Data
- Select Upload
Android Phone or Tablet
- Open the AgriWebb NoteBook.
- Open the main menu (three horizontal bars in the top left corner).
- Scroll down and select "Send Diagnostics".
